Justification: Through the GoToTrainings in the classroom as well as through my professional career in the state of Pennsylvania, I have rated myself as exceeds based on my ability to remain in a professional manner with collaborative partners in a fair and ethical manner. Through this integrity, I was rated by group members positively when evaluated at the end of GILT 514. In addition, I was given a glowing recommendation by my coordinating mentor teacher Mr. David Fee at Baker Elementary in Upper St. Clair School District.

Artifact: Collaborative Minutes from GoToTraining Technology Group
Justification: I rated myself as exceeds through my ability to evaulate effectiveness of verbal communication through writing meeting notes to indicate to the group communication throughout our 7-week collaborative group. Communication was vital to this project and thus I feel that I have exceeded this standard through my use of communication.

Justification: I have rated myself as exceeds based on my ability to obtain 121 hours from 2014-2016. Through seeking on-going professional development, I have shown that I am willing to continue to learn, evaluate and ultimately seek knowledge about the latest ways to be more successful in the classroom.

Artifact: Board Meeting
Justification: I have rated myself as meets based on my ability to understand current knowledge through attending board meetings for Monongalia County. I feel that once I continue through my career I will become more familiar with surrounding districts and policies that will affect my career.
