Artifact: GoToTrainings and Meeting Minutes

Justification: Through my ability to communicate with collegues via GotoTraining, I have shown how to communicate professionally even when being long distances away. I have rated myself as exceeds because I feel that through my professional conduct I have enhanced the ability for students, teachers and administrators to learn and think about different ideas such as technology plans and grants. Through my communication with team members these ideas have been birthed and instilled now in my portfolio. I have attached as well meeting minutes to illustrate the lengths to which I have attempted to communicate and lead my team to a successful rating on our technology plan over a 7-week period of collaborative time.
